Omnichannel customer marketing
The Huntd offers omnichannel marketing for Melbourne brands and beyond: email, SMS, reviews, push and AI personalisation working as one connected system, not five tools shouting over each other.
Your customers don’t live in one channel, and honestly, neither do you. They read an email over coffee, see a text at lunch, check a review that night and buy three days later. In fact, most customers now engage across several channels before they purchase. Omnichannel marketing joins those moments into one conversation, so every message knows what the last one said.
The numbers back it up: Omnisend’s 2026 benchmark found that brands using three or more channels see a 287% higher purchase rate than brands using just one. Because when your channels share data instead of hoarding it, every send gets smarter.
My approach is strategy first, always. I map your customer journey, work out which channels actually earn their place, then build the flows, campaigns and automations that connect them. As a Klaviyo Partner I do a lot of this in Klaviyo, but I also work across ActiveCampaign, Dotdigital, Omnisend and Mailchimp: the platform should fit your business, not the other way around.
And I’ve run these systems on my own brand, not just for clients. I know what it’s like to watch the dashboard from the founder’s side, so everything I build is designed to pull its weight.

HAVE A QUESTION?
FAQs
Here are some of the most common questions clients ask before partnering with The Huntd on omnichannel marketing. If you don’t see your question here, feel free to reach out.
What is omnichannel marketing (and does a small business actually need it)?
Not all of them, and anyone who says otherwise is selling software. Email is the backbone for almost every brand, because it’s owned, measurable and consistently the highest-ROI channel. SMS earns its place once you have engaged customers and time-sensitive things to say. Reviews and push come next for eCommerce brands. I’ll tell you honestly which channels will pull their weight for your size and stage, and which ones can wait.
Which channels are worth it for my business size?
No — though as a Klaviyo Partner it’s where I do my best work, especially for eCommerce. I also work across ActiveCampaign, Dotdigital, HubSpot and Mailchimp. And if you’re not sure which platform is right for your business, that’s a conversation I’m happy to have before you commit to anything.
How is this different from just doing email marketing?
Email marketing is one instrument; omnichannel is the band playing in time. The email still matters (often it’s the lead singer), but now your SMS knows who opened it, your review request lands after delivery instead of before, and your website remembers the whole story.
If you only need the email piece, that’s genuinely fine: my email marketing service covers it. Omnichannel is the step up for when you want everything working together.
Which platforms do you work across?
Klaviyo is home base (I’m a Klaviyo Partner), and it’s brilliant for eCommerce brands that want email, SMS, reviews and AI in one place. But I also work across ActiveCampaign, Dotdigital, Omnisend and Mailchimp. If you’re not sure which platform fits, that’s the first thing we’ll figure out, and I’ll recommend based on your business, not my badge.
Do you offer omnichannel marketing outside Melbourne?
Yes: I’m Melbourne-based, but my omnichannel marketing clients are across Australia and beyond. Strategy sessions, builds and reporting all run smoothly remotely, and of course, your channels don’t care what city I’m in.
