What does a Klaviyo Partner actually do?
Think of a Klaviyo Partner as a certified specialist: someone trained, tested and vetted by Klaviyo to build on their platform properly. In practice, I handle everything from account setup and integrations through to flows, campaigns, segmentation and reporting, so you get the results the platform promises without the learning curve.
I'm not on Klaviyo yet. Can you set me up?
Absolutely, and this is where I can save you the most time and money. I’ll recommend the right plan for your list size, handle the technical setup and integrations, and build your foundation flows from day one.

Can you fix or audit my existing Klaviyo account?
Yes, audits are some of my favourite work. I’ll go through your account end to end (deliverability, list health, flow performance, segmentation and design), then hand you a clear list of what to fix and in what order. You can action it yourself or have me do it, no hard feelings either way.
Should I choose Klaviyo over Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign?
It depends on your business, and I say that as the person with the Klaviyo badge. For eCommerce brands on Shopify or WooCommerce, Klaviyo is usually the clear winner because of its data depth and revenue tracking. For service businesses or course creators, ActiveCampaign or Mailchimp can be the better fit. I work across all of them, so my recommendation is based on you, not my partnership.
Do you work with clients outside Melbourne?
Yes: I’m a Melbourne-based Klaviyo expert, but I work with brands across Australia and beyond. Klaviyo doesn’t care where you are, and neither does the process: audits, builds and training all run smoothly over video.
