Matchbox’s previous site was constantly having issues. Filters broke. Click & Collect didn’t link with their in-store systems. Their site was holding them back instead of helping them scale.
I rebuilt the site on Shopify 2.0 with a clean, conversion-first design. I developed a custom Click & Collect flow that actually syncs with their retail POS. I ditched the buggy third-party filter apps and used Shopify’s native Search & Discovery, cleaned up product tagging, and removed tech conflicts. The result: a stable, fast, easier-to-manage site with fewer support issues and better user paths.
