I worked with Skinluxe on a full Shopify custom website design and development project. It was a redesign of their current theme based site and the focus was to improve user experience and mobile performance. As an Australian skincare brand, their goal was simple: create a clean, modern, and intuitive site that made shopping effortless from first scroll to checkout. The aim was to combine functionality with minimal, on-brand visuals that let Skinluxe’s products do the talking. As a result, the new site feels fresh, engaging, and easy to navigate.
Branding & Visual Direction
We refined Skinluxe’s branding to feel calm, modern, and premium without losing approachability. The refreshed identity balances minimal design with warmth, pairing a clean logo and soft, muted palette with strong typography that gives the brand a sense of quiet confidence.
The updated visual direction also carried through to packaging, digital content, and photography guidelines, ensuring the brand looks cohesive online.

We rebuilt the UX using best-practice design principles. The path to purchase is now shorter and smoother, with faster load times and clear navigation. From homepage to checkout, every step feels considered and consistent.

Because most Skinluxe customers shop on mobile, we designed the site with a mobile-first mindset. This included fixing UX bugs, refining navigation, and improving checkout flow.
