First, let’s chat. Our process is collaborative, sharing ideas from first-base. We want to get to know you and your brand outside of your inbox. From there, we’ll send you a brand brief to gather the intel on your inside story and business goals. We will brainstorm then build a proposal with our fave solutions for you to choose from. Don’t stress; we are there to guide you through the pros + cons to help you make the best decision for your business. We take a small deposit once you’re ready to get started, and we’re happy to chat about our flexible payment terms. Once that’s sorted, we’ll be ready to roll onto the fun stuff.
01 | The Campaign Concept
You have the choice of working with us in two ways..

That’s fricken amaze-balls, we’ll send you a little brand quiz to complete so we can get the DL on your business and campaign goals. We want to see your inspiration, whether that is via a Pinterest board or a good old fashioned scrapbook. From there, our ridiculously good creative and graphic team will design three concepts for you to choose from. We’ll refine your fave concept and implement it across all chosen marketing platforms, then voila! Your new campaign is ready to turn heads in the big wide world. - You’re having a bit of a brain fart
02 | The Designing Part
Using your brand style guide, our creative wizards will build out, design and present you with three concepts for your marketing campaign.
You’ll get up to 3 rounds of revisions on the logo concept you love the most. Not many need to use their three lives, but they are there just in case!
To help you visualise how your campaign will look in the real world, we’ll create and present up to 3 in-sitchu mockups on a few of your chosen campaign platforms.
03 | Handover
The part where we say goodbye.
Once refined to perfection, we’ll send you the entire set of collateral, ready to hit the world, like a smooth criminal.
We’re not ones to shy away from a little extra work, so if you need a hand executing any part of your campaign for whatever reason, we can work it into our schedules. We’re expert button pushers.

01 | Getting to know your customer.
Let’s chat. For 1 hour. In a customer journey mapping workshop. In this session, you will present our marketing gurus with your customer data and research. We want to know it all so we can understand the finer details of your customer and their motivations.
This workshop will look at your current process to see if your customers currently reach the goals, and if not, how they can.
If you don’t know your customer that well, or don’t have the data, don’t stress this is a service we offer, as an additional stage to this process.
02 | We’ll scope it out
With all the juicy details of your customer in hand, we will nut out a customer journey map, this maps out the current process, from start to finish touchpoints. We then turn it into a seamless journey that encourages all users to flow into your funnel, converting them into happy customers, that will stick around and love you long time.
The scope is dependent on your offering; it can be a simple customer journey map, super long and complex, or short and sweet – the choice is yours.
We will present your customer’s new journey down the yellow brick road, from there you can choose to implement the mapping strategy yourself, or our creative team can design some drool-worthy content to get your customers singing your praises.
